Welcome to .. Bay Area Legal Services, Inc.

We are a family of 49 lawyers, and a support staff of 55, all who have dedicated themselves to providing free civil legal services for low-income families throughout the Bay Area.  We are committed to what we do because we are passionate about certain core beliefs — namely, that peace and justice are two sides of the same coin.  We believe that no one should be denied hope, and that a stronger community is built when we lend a hand to our neighbors in need.
